Senior IT Business Analyst HRIS

    Job Description:   

    1. Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) ensure in line with business and user needs.
    2. Translate user requirement into Functional Solution Design (FSD) and proper functional handover to Development Team (Developer / Vendor).
    3. Monitoring systems / applications to ensure work progress is in accordance with the BRD & FSD and the time specified.
    4. Encourage solution analysis and testing of requirements gathering while taking into account risk factors.
    5. Analyze and solution design, prototyping, drive and execute project implementation.
    6. Monitoring User Acceptance Test (UAT) and coordinate test activities to ensure solution are delivered based on business requirements and solution design.
    7. Manage Team Member



    1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any related field.
    2. Minimum 4 years of experience gathering user requirements and drive solutions analysis for HR System including Payroll & Tax (HRIS)
    3. Create timeline project implementation.
    4. Must be able to create Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Solution Design (FSD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).
    5. Ensure benefit and cost analysis for the project.
    6. Coordinate UAT activities to ensure solutions are delivered based on requirements.
    7. Project Management using waterfall / agile methodolgy.
    8. Able to manage team member.
    9. Strong in leadership skill and have a good communication skill.
    10. Contract / Project Based
    11. Willing to be placed in Pasar Minggu Area & Kranggan, Cibubur
